Just Saturday night we were having dinner at the rooftop bar...lounging...chatting...hanging out...
Sunday was Liz's due date, but nothing happened...
And TODAY, arriving fashionably late and irresistibly sweet...
Miss Charlotte Elizabeth Schreiner was welcomed into the world!!!
Liz and Andrew did not find out the sex or reveal the name until today, so it was even more exciting for all the rest of us!
Sadly, the star of the show is missing from the pictures. Liz had a little fever during delivery so sweet Charlotte has to stay in the level II nursery for 24 hours, but thankfully she can have visitors back there so she's still been getting lots of love and kisses. By the way, Liz was quite the rockstar...she had a smooth delivery, looked great, and was moving around like she did not just have a baby!
Liz and Andrew are staying in Charleston for at least another year, as Andrew just started his year as Chief Resident...so we will be seeing a lot of Miss Charlotte even after we move!!!
It's hard to believe that this three years of residency is almost over...and now we have three babies within our close five couple group we started out this journey with...okay, Yoes and Rifes...we'll give you one more year. ;)
